Order Fulfillment/Shipping: Our raw materials in part become the high quality baits we believe you will come to know and love because of a special curing process. After being manufactured, our baits require a 3-4 day curing time before they are ready for packaging. We do carry a supply in stock in our store, however, most orders are made upon request and processed in the order received. Therefore, our goal is to get your order mailed (or ready for ‘local pick up’ if requested) within 7-10 days from order date. Upon shipment, you will receive an email notification including the tracking number to the email address you provided. There are some circumstances which may take a little bit longer, as we will not sacrifice quality for speed, but rest assured we will notify you in that case. Returns/Refunds: We always strive to please our customers with world class products and service. That being said, we also recognize there could be a reason you may want to return items from your order. No problem! Simply send back to us the items in the same condition they were received in their original packaging within 14 days from the day you receive the order (based on when the assigned tracking number shows the item was delivered), and upon delivery, we will refund your purchase price (not including shipping costs) and email you a receipt.
Please note, we do not offer returns on any custom items you have ordered, but if there is a case where you are not satisfied for any reason please contact us and we are happy to work with you.
